Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable to pre-paid accounts that have moved out with a full month’s rent remaining pre-paid. Free months and other promotions are non-refundable. Move-outs on or after the due date are not eligible for full, partial or pro-rated refunds. Refer to Policies paragraph 4 (four) of your contract.
